    I came in on Friday 2/28 to print 60 flash cards and have them laminated. The team member told me they would be ready by 2pm on 3/1. Great as I was flying out to a sales meeting and using these on 3/3. On Friday evening I receive a call that the cards would not be available until Tuesday 3/4. I went into the store on Saturday 3/1 and the Assistant Manager was great and was able to get the cards printed and available by Sun 3/2. However once I got home and reviewed the cards the lamination was terrible. It was laminated good at the top but cut too close at the bottom that the cards were now sealed and had a gap. For $206 this was not worth the money and done without care. I am completely disappointed in the service. By that time It was too late to do anything about it as I needed to use in the meeting I was flying to the next day. I have had great service at this location before but not great this time.

    I ordered 50 copies, cut to size of the invitation. I got 100 copies not cut to the size of the invitation and was charged for the extra 50 copies.

    I was told I will be called after order was ready… no call. I just called myself by chance and got it picked. It would have been nice if they had called as they said while taking my order

    My two sisters and I were assisted by Jammie C placing our order for Our Mom’s photo poster for her Funeral Service. Jammie first confirmed that the supplies to do the job were available, then she took the time to assure us that the poster would be completed as we wanted. I was contacted the next day by Anna M who stated that another store completed our order because the supplies were truly not available at the store where we came in to place the order. I chose to pick up the poster at the store where we placed our in person order. The photo poster was not only crooked, but poorly mounted to the board. Anna said the best she could do is offer 20% off. The photo poster was for Our Mom’s Funeral :( but we were planning to keep it with the family forever. The photo is crooked and had areas where it was not smoothly mounted to the board.

    Member on Friday was very helpful. When I picked my order, member on Sunday was unable to locate order and questioned if I received confirmation email. Had to ask other team member for assistance. Thank you for having two people on staff.

    I needed to scan about 77 documents and email them to myself to forward for business purposes. I’ve never used this service before. Adrian stayed with me until project completion to my satisfaction and cleared the paper jams for me patiently. Her patience and assistance were amazing!!

    I communicated with email and phone calls. So it is much better than filling out the online form. I am happy that both offices, 5155 & 5740, delivered my print orders on time. Even the delivery people (5155) are courteous and friendly. I think their names are Messi, Alejandro, and Jose (5155). There are other ones but I forgot their names.
