    I specifically asked for no signature needed. They failed to tell me that signature would be required because I declared a value over $500. This caused a delay in receiving the package and required our DVP to drive to a fedex to pick up the package.

    Edgar was phenomenal! He helped advise me as to what type of material I should print my outdoor poster. He helped me pick the correct artwork so it wouldn't be pixelated. He helped crop and resize the artwork so that it would look perfect, without too much or too little of a border. He was a gift from Heaven! I tried to tell his manager how great he was, but his manager was in a meeting. Edgar deserves a huge raise!!! :)

    Needed to send out a quick shipment under my corporate account. Went up to the shipping center counter and was met with an unhappy and bored employee, Erin. She looked like she hated the world and everyone on it. She did not welcome me and I had to approach her with what I needed. I had to tell her my account number three times before she was able to successfully pull it up, with no apology. My request was super easy, as she had all of the information in the system and I knew what I needed, as I ship from my account frequently. She handed me the receipt and said, “here you go.” No “thank you,” no “here’s your tracking number,” and, of course, no “please tell us how I did today.” At the Mission Valley (San Diego, CA 92108) location that I frequent, at least the workers pretend to be nice and engage in conversation. They’re a lot more thorough and ask if I’m at least shipping any dangerous goods. They at least welcome me with a “hello. How can I help you today?” They highlight my receipt to show me the tracking number, despite the fact that they know I know where it is as a frequent customer. They tell me to have a great day. And when they’re not slammed with customers, they’ll also highlight on my receipt where to take a survey to let them know how they did that day. That is how I know where to go to leave a bad review for Erin today. Not because Erin showed me, herself. I understand bad days, but Erin treated me like I killed one of her 10 cats today and couldn’t be bothered at doing nothing at her counter. Please hire better customer service people and have them trained properly at another location.
