    My dissatisfaction has almost entirely to do with the deluxe retractable banner quality. It is a poor product compared to what I have been using. I also have one small area on my banner that is pixelated that is probably my fault, but it would have been nice to get a heads up that my graphic was pixelated so that I could rework before printing a man expensive project.

    I frequent this store for many of my organization’s needs. But this time, it was personal. My son was active duty U.S. Air Force, and he was killed as he was on his way to his next duty station. I created poster boards and trifolds for the funeral and remembrance luncheon that followed the funeral. I needed my prints the next day by a certain time (as I had problems dealing with my son’s death, it took me long to focus completing the files for print). Your staff was very accommodating and the print jobs were perfect. Thank you

    I wish I could remember his name, but he was excellent. He was helping another client at the same time. Multitasking. I had never done an overnight shipment before and he made it very painless and he was so quick. Highly recommend him.

    We have used FedEx Office for years. So easy to send them what I need. They do their magic and voila, it’s completed exactly the way we want.

    Some pages didn't print but that was not communicated to us and we did so much we didn't see until we got home. There is no way to prove they didn't get printed and we had to reorder which again some did not print. Waste of money.
