    When speaking to FedEx customer service on the phone I initially spoke to Kristin, told her I had just missed delivery attempt by minutes and is there any way to contact the driver who still could possibly be in the area and she said there is no possible way to contact the driver in any way. When speaking to Ray I shared the same information with him and he said there’s no alternate option that I can do until I wait for the driver to make 3 attempts at trying to deliver the package. Although the driver attempted to deliver my package to my address which was the correct address, Ray told me that there was an error with the shipping label that would prevent me from being able to pick up the package myself from the facility unless I had the seller contact FedEx to make the corrections that were necessary. When going into the facility I was helped with the staff who had informed me that they indeed have the ability to send a note/message to the driver to reattempt a delivery or perform an action to assist with a customer who had missed a delivery attempt which Kristin said was impossible. The staff at the facility also informed me that there was no issue with the shipping label so no correction was needed to be able to pick up my package which was the opposite of what Ray had said. Speaking to both Kristin and Ray within minutes from each other, one said my package was still with the driver and the other said my package was at the facility. Being told different things I went to the facility in person to check the status of my package and at that time I was told the package was indeed still with the driver so I would have to wait another 3 hours to then come back and attempt to get my package which I eventually was finally able to. The staff at the facility were very helpful! Just wish customer service on the phone was more organized and on the same page because it was a bit frustrating trying to get information and what actions I should take to receive my package and I’m being told 2 different things and also the wrong information. Separate note, from the same seller I had ordered another product just a week earlier to be delivered at the same location and received a notification that a signature was required which the driver did not receive yet still dropped off the package. Which makes me wonder is a signature not required and it just depends on the decision of the driver or is a signature absolutely required and the driver was not suppose to leave my package under no circumstance?

    Glad they were able to take my 10 boxes that Fedex failed to pick up, I waited 2 hrs after the pick up time and never showed up to pick up the boxes, this location had told me that they can only take 6 boxes and lately they have been taking more than that I really appreciate it.
