    Trip to store was fine and print job was essentially correct, but the seven groups of documents were packed up together which made collating very difficult. Within each group of documents they were out of order, so I had to go through each group to make sure I had everything I was supposed to have and to get the documents in the proper sequence.

    Ruben at the Rancho Cucamonga location (off foothill/Spruce was super helpful, patient and professional. Many employees do not stick out to me but Ruben did because of his superb customer service. Will go back here just because of how helpful he was.

    I had a poster laminated for a conference and the quality if my poster was damaged during the process. I worked on this poster for a year and now I can’t go to the conference and present it.

    Even though the staff said they would probably run my job on the day I dropped it off, they insisted that I would have to pay a rush charge unless I waited until the next day to pick it up. I could understand paying extra to move my job to the front of the line, but it's silly to charge extra just so the work could sit on the shelf overnight. Then, after waiting till noon the next day (two hours later than estimated), my print pieces were cut incorrectly (not following the clear cut lines) and I had to stand around waiting for the job to be rerun. Sloppy workmanship. They wouldn't let me keep the bad ones in the event that some could be salvaged. (After all, they were just going to throw them away.) I felt overcharged and underserved. There are a number of other digital printing companies in the area that make customer satisfaction more of a priority instead of just a slogan. I'll be patronizing them from now on.

    The customer service is severely lacking. Ernestine was rude, impatient and difficult. We have a business account that she refused to acknowledge and said FedEx doesn't invoice business. Our accountant even called her to clear up the misunderstanding and Ernestine told her she didn't have time to talk to her, she was working on it. Not to mention, both times I was there, no one acknowledged me standing in line for a long period of time. I couldn't be more disappointed in a reputable company. The employee Ernestine should not work in any customer service capacity.

    Gloria and Cynthia worked so beautifullly as a team to meet my needs. They were both so patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to a successful, professional outcome. Their positive attitudes and attention to details far exceeded my expectations. The results for my project were amazing! I do look forward to using them again in the near future. They both need to be recognized by upper management for the outstanding service and quality effort they afforded me!!

    No sense of urgency no customer acknowledgement

    The employees were incredibly rude and acted like I was putting them out by requesting service. They ignored me when I came in and continues to talk to each other. I waited at the counter while they finished their non work-related conversation and then the employee acted like every question was a chore. When I returned to pick up my items the employee snapped at me when asked a questions and was rude the entire time. I will never be returning to this store and will be taking my company’s business elsewhere.
