    Showed the employee the address she typed it in wrong didn’t realize it until the recipient didn’t get the package paid $60 for expedite shipping just for it not to be delivered to correct address then the picture for proof of delivery didn’t even show the package

    Amal, was such a wonderful experience. She had my order ready for me and we reviewed the prints to ensure of any errors. She was so polite professional and she made my day, as I’m going through a tuff period in my life. She complimented me which I was feeling a bit down and offered me a hug from around the counter. It was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. She put a smile on my face and made the whole experience a 10! You have a wonderful and beautiful associate on your team. This type of customer service/ support is rare nowadays. And should be acknowledged! I sent her a shout out on TikTok and it has now been viewed almost over 7k and has over 1100 likes and 300 comments. Thank you FedEx !!

    I visited the store on Saturday 6/6/26 at 3:45pm to mail out a package, the cashier asked if I wanted insurance on my package and explained the soonest and cheapest delivery would be Thursday 6/11/26. I inquired the pricing for insurance and he said $4 for every hundred but he failed to mentioned over $500 would require a signature upon delivery. Had that been mentioned I would have not selected the $500 in insurance as the recipient is not home from the hours of 10am to 6pm due to schooling so he wouldn’t be able to sign. I called the store on Sunday to explain my situation and that their cashier failed to give important details about the insurance selection and the person I spoke to Heather said sorry we will better train our staff, no resolution. I called the 1800# and the manager I spoke to Mark was helpful in explaining and tried to help but the department that removed the signature request was closed on weekends he advised to call back Monday at 8am and ask to speak to a manager explain my situation and that he made notes for the next manager to view. Well I called spoke to representative Axel I explained my situation and that I was advised to ask for a manager and he said No that can’t happen he repeatedly said no that cant happen I asked why if there was a reading why i couldn’t speak to a manager and he continued with no that cant happen. I then said now I would like to speak to another representative please and he refused several times I told him fine I’ll call back and speak to someone else. I did so and I noticed my call would not go through until I used a block call and got through and spoke to a manager Mary. My situation still wasn’t resolved and even requested I would pay a fee to have the signature removed but was told that’s not an option. I just want the signature removed so my package can be delivered as my husband is in need of his clothes and belongings I am in California and he is in Washington.

    The young lady who assisted me did not have the best attitude. I frequent this location and always have great customer service but on this day, the rep was very rude and not what I am used to at this location. Maybe she was having a bad day - but she should avoid passing it on to the customers.

    Well I paid for a 10:30 delivery did arrive till after 11:00 and you charged me 150.00 for that 10:30 delivery this is a scam I sure it would have gotten there that day anyway so you guys owe me my money .
