    I went to FedEx office In Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill to send documents to Mexico and Sahara Goldsmith refused to send them out without a rfc #. I advised that I was a service agent at the Fed Ex station in Ontario for over 30 years and we do not require that of our customers. She was very rude and would not listen to reason. I also called the 1800 number and they confirmed that A rfc # is not required for documents I went to another FedEx office location on 4th and Milliken in Ontario and they did not require it. On the contrary they were very polite and shipped out my package with no issues.

    I stopped by when the store was really busy & short staffed, but you wouldn’t have known it from the great service! Luis greeted me with a smile & helped me as soon as he could. He worked quickly & efficiently while making sure my order was perfect. I really appreciated his professionalism & positive attitude under pressure. Excellent service - thank you Luis & the FedEx team!

    Extremely appreciated the staff there who helped me printing out my poster on 10/15 in the morning. Very nice staff and very quick services!

    Tyler was extremely rude. They redirected my order so I had to pick it up at a further fedex. They said I could only pay over the phone and when I told her I didn’t feel comfortable reading my credit card numbers in front of the 10 other customers in the store, she said my only other option was to wait for all the customers to leave. It was ridiculous. Another employee jumped in and offered a realistic solution which was great. But Tyler was horrible to deal with. I will never use FedEx again for printing or mail as a result of this experience. And when all was said and done I was charged $30 more than I was quoted for I don’t know what.
