    I had tried multiple times to change my credit card on file. By phone, online and in store! None helped. But the store manager helped me get it done in 10 minutes or so. He provided a phone # and patiently waited and assisted to get it done. I had given up on FedEx, but he changed my mind.

    I was unable to use the self service printer kiosk as the PDF file on my USB drive was over the 50mb limit. Dominique was extremely helpful by offering assistance and using the station behind the counter to help print my document. In addition, Dominique offered her input on the type of paper, presentation folder type and was also able to work with the file type and page size to make sure all the pages were printed clearly and within margin. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
