    I was trying to send a suitcase to my wife’s good friend. The man that helped me had lots of really good questions that I had to communicate with my wife on the phone regarding the process. He was very patient and explained all our options which helped us complete the process easily. I would use your services again in a second if I need that kind of help.

    Older couple could not make a decision and kept asking questions while a long line formed of at least 6 people. Sshould have asked those people to step aside and deal with them off line so the rest of us could do our business. Very frustrating !

    I tried to place my order online, but there is no option for full bleed brochures on the website. I received a call about my artwork having bleed lines on it, and my order had to be canceled and reordered over the phone. When I went to pick up the brochures they had been folded badly and not along the correct lines for a tri-fold. I was told they had a new folding machine and that is how it folds. It was extremely obvious they were not folded correctly, as the color changed from one side to the other and the fold was in the wrong position, leaving a white stripe down the side. I cannot believe someone looked at this print job, thought it was fine, and boxed it for pickup! I was leaving for Australia that afternoon and needed the brochures for the trip. I was told if they were reprinted and they'd need to be hand folded in the correct position and they wouldn't be ready for a couple of days. I had had these exact same brochures printed here before with no issues, so I thought I could rely on getting these printed for my trip. I do not believe the new brochures had to be hand folded. The machine was clearly off and had either been set up incorrectly or needed to be calibrated to fold in the correct position.

    The young man that helped me was tall and wore glasses. He was one of the nicest FedEx employees I have ever encountered. He was extremely friendly through the entire process, gave me all of my mailing options and answered all of my questions. There was not one moment where he made me feel like I was interrupting his day or causing him an inconvenience. I'd hire this guy in a New York second for the customer service portion of my business. A job well done!

    Callum runs a tight ship. His customer service is on par with what I think of as best in the business at Appl support. I will drive out of my way to get my printing done at this store. They have the attitude that no matter what, they are going to get my needs met. And they have the technology and equipment to do it. I spoke with Rob on the phone about my having problems checking out online. Unfortunately, the site would not advance to the payment page. Rob helped present my case to Callum to ensure the online pricing was honored. Both followed through seamlessly.
