I normally don’t use FedEx to ship packages but needed to on this occasion. The first representative was still helping another customer when he asked me “how can I help you” thinking he was finished with his customer I started to tell him I needed to ship a couple of packages. While I was doing that I was told by another representative not to distract the agent and asked me to wait. If the representative wasn’t ready to help me he should not have asked how can I help you instead of saying we will be right with you. The first person didn’t seem to friendly and I felt that he didn’t want to be there. The gentleman who did help me was okay but didn’t feel comfortable or I was important. Not sure if I would go back to use FedEx to ship packages. Did not enjoy experience
