A customer shouldn’t pay full price for delivery if there are bad weather conditions ahead. Should be connected to weather warnings. I should be reimbursed up to $150.00 instead of paying $173.91 for overnight arrival at afternoon. It didn’t arrive until Monday instead of Saturday which was guaranteed by the agent 3 times.
