I needed to have many fragile items wrapped carefully for transport to the other side of the country. They both understood my needs and ensured my items would be well packaged and have a safe journey. Shipping these items is stressful as they are very fragile and important, but Ryan and Mary made me feel comfortable shipping with FedEx because they went above and beyond. Many thanks to them both!

I needed them within the hour for a wedding shower I was attending at 2pm. I went in and that's where encountered Jordan. I asked if the 5pm pick up time was correct and he did say yes. Then he inquired what do I need them for? I explain that I needed it for a wedding shower (for games). He said go ahead and order them and he can have them ready in a hour or 2. I then explained that I needed them sooner if possible. Kindly, he gave me further instruction on how to order it and that he'll work on that now, but he did have to charge me a rush fee. I didn't mind at all about the rush fee, I was just happy that he was willing to get me my prints at that moment. I got the prints and was able to get to the wedding shower and carry out my job as the game provider. And I have Jordan to heavily thank for that. Jordan gave professional and exceptional customer service. I was impressed and appreciative because you don't find that too often nowadays! 100/10 for my experience!

I’ve been coming to this location for 5+ years now, mostly for business printing (self service), but these guys really knocked it out of the park with printing some banners I needed. Great communication, easy process, and made it feel very personal and more like a small business that was easily accessible, rather than a big corporation. The banners look fantastic, and I really appreciated all of the help. Whoever does the hiring at this store really knows what they’re doing, because it’s refreshing to go somewhere that has competent people these days. I’ll always come back to this location.
