    I needed to send a copy of my marriage certificate with a return paid envelope for the certified copy to be sent back to me. They first directed me to a computer to create a return label stating they can only mail packages they can’t create return labels. Kept having technical difficulties with the site putting information in each time having to wait 10 or more minutes for someone to help. Finally got to the payment and it would not go through because of a glitch on the site where the state would not appear so the credit card company rejected it. They then had me do the entire process on my phone. Same result. Finally when I got angry as it had been over an hour, the manager said he could help me by creating a fed ex account and creating both labels. A process that took 10 minutes. All together I spent an hour and 15 minutes for something that should have taken 10 minutes. All along I kept asking if there was some other way to do this and they kept insisting no. Obviously there was! At one time they even yelled at me to wait my turn when I was asking for help. *** I had been waiting for help for an hour! Horrible customer service.

    My print order was completed, but there were items missing from my envelope that they said they would put in it. I had to go back to the shop to pick up my order again.

    The guy did not know how to help me and thankfully a woman stepped in and helped. I think she wanted it to be a training experience for the man but he checked out and she finished. It was not a problem for me. People need to be trained and I am patient.

    The staff(assistant manager) was not friendly and did not share any options on shipping details. She was talking to her peers while she was working on our shipment. After we were done, she was still turning back and talking to her peers and just handed the receipt without even telling or greeting us that we were done! No thanks nothing! So rude

    The store was way to get in and out quickly. The package was very small, but the person who waited in me protected with extra reinforcement. It was quite expensive to ship, next day across the country though.

    My experience was great. If anything, and if possible, addition of another team member. Otherwise store was clean, good lighting, supplies were organized and stocked. Store opened early enough for me to go before work, compared to competitors which opened later.
