She had me email it and printed out by 7:05 and maintained a great demeanor and not like I was keeping her late. She was soo helpful making this party a success as I was late to getting these printed and she made it happen. The rush fee $17.99 was not her fault but it seemed like a bit overkill. But she was just doing her job. I think you would be happy to know she doesn’t cut corners even when it’s 7pm and an annoying customer like me comes in with a request that’s going to take her past close. She still does her due diligence to satisfy the customer with regard to the company code of ethics properly adjusts and maintains price standards

It is an event that is very special to me, as I feel it is my last way to celebrate and honor the life my grandma lived as well as the amazing woman she is. Unfortunately, the print outs came out discolored due to the formating of the document. Alfi is kind, empathetic and truly cares about the quality of production by Fed Ex. She printed the document in different formats and attempted to correct the color. She even reached out to me in advance to let me know what was going on. When I arrived, her empathy really solidify the high quality customer service Fed Ex fosters in their employees. She helped me to make sure the documents looked amazing and my family and I are forever grateful. Definitely will be returning and will recommend friends and family to utilize Fed Ex's service. Ask for Alfi!

- Monday, April 8, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0When the proportions for a custom label printing order came off wildly from what was expected, Alfi patiently assisted in remeasuring the items (bottles of various sizes) that the labels would be affixed to - and even provided the measuring tape for us to do the measuring. Alfi stayed past their shift end time to help us complete this custom rush order. Alfi listened to the problems we were trying to solve in real time and pointed us toward the right products to purchase to finish the job flawlessly and right on time!
