    Demi and the team were pleasant to deal with. We had a special order and they were accommodating, however we did have 25% of the books that were not correct. Demi was quick to issue a refund, which i appreciated. In the future, i suggest that they take the time to inspect the books before delivery. The received the order from us on Friday mid morning, and the order was not needed until Monday at 5 pm. I believe the books weren't started until Monday morning.

    Print order was not completed on time, once it was finally completed it was damaged, and then had to be reprinted. The reprinted version was crooked.

    Alfredo was very helpful in getting my concert ticket printed up. An easy task if you know what you're doing, which I didn't. He walked me through all the steps and made me feel at ease. Now I can attend my concert! Thank you Alfredo. You did me a solid!

    Noah was incredibly helpful & personable. I could tell right away he was very knowledgeable & very good at his job. He helped me select a résumé paper & color. He printed them for me. I did go in thinking I was going to do the job myself in the self-printing area but there seemed to be not to much signage to use that service. It would be good to have attractive signage & directions to have that ease of option to select paper, print and pay on my own without having go to register area in times when Fed Ex employees are busy taking care of other patrons. Self-printing area needs to be more prominent & inviting, more overhead lighting even during daytime. Also, I would buy office supplies here if they had what I wanted for my home office. Stamps and other essentials, too, if I was asked at point-of-sale.
