    I arrived at the store after the cut-off time for overnight shipping. Totally my fault. The package was given to the clerk to prepare and was then paid for. The delivery pickup driver then came back to the store and all the clerk had to do was hand it to the driver but I was told they could not because it was after the cut-off and would have to wait two days to be picked up becauseof the weekend. This could have been an easy positive customer service experience which did not happen. The only good part was as an airline employee I only paid $10 for this lousy experience instead of the $100+ it would have been. No professional courtesy extended. Just wait until the next time one of your pilots want to fly and see if they get a professional courtesy or have to wait another day.

    I run a small business in San Diego and have a gallery space where I need custom placards printed every few months and every time I submit an order Dela (and team) is so on it and responsive that I don't have to worry. They work so quickly and everything is always done ahead of schedule and done beautifully. As someone who has a lot of things on their plate this has been one of the best reliable resources for me!
