    I use full-service FedEx about once a year for my annual appeal and Jeff was my main contact this past round. He helped/guided me through the process while providing design and professional grade advice that enhanced the end product; ensuring that I will continue to use this service for many years to come. This particular project had some issues that Jeff tackled seamlessly. Additionally I encountered Reese who gave me the call to pick up the order and he was awesome, while August was there to ring me up and he was equally great. The entire process from top to bottom, beginning to end, was truly positive and I really wanted to write a glowing review of these star employees who'll keep me coming back. May you all be blessed in abundance as we enter the holiday season. Thanks!!!

    Absolutely professional. The team here took the ideas that I wanted and made it happen. Within the timeframe that it was needed. A request that was so short fused that I did not think was possible was solidified. I appreciate the staff here at this location for all the assistance they provided me.

    After I paid to ship a package they refused to pack it for me and it had many loose items. I didn't want getting displaced from the box and so I canceled the event because they wouldn't pack the box. They wanted me to leave it open and let them get to it. Eventually I left I went to the village Post office. They packed it right in front of me and it was wonderful

    I paid $68 to overnight a letter and was told it was basically a guarantee at the Fed Ex store. It took 2 full days to reach its destination., rendering it useless.When I called to complain on the 1st day it did not make it, there were just too many packages. When I explained that I had paid dearly to expedite it over those many packages, the call was abruptly terminated.
