    I was not able to use discounted rate from my account because my credit card or something expired in the account. Employee could not help to update. Web site is complete mess and unusable. Unfriendly employee. UPS gives AAA discount. Was charged arm and a leg for shopping.

    I actually left your store sad, not relating to the service but rather how Ben interacted with Ethan. It wasn’t a straightforward request on my part, Ethan did all he could do get me to what I wanted, when he asked Ben for advice he was ignored. Ben only engaged when I asked “what do you think Ben?” I just felt very sad for Ethan, he really couldn’t have tried harder.
