    I was at FedEx to print black and white copies from a USB drive. I must admit, the technology of printing in this effect is not simple for my skill set. Jeff stepped out from the counter and provided a worthwhile tutorial of the various steps to print without staff assistance. He was patient and really seemed to have a level of integrity in assisting me. Because he was so helpful, now I am able to visit your company and effectuate my office pursuits independently. All one can say is, 'what an employee!!'

    I have an account through my company and I print a lot. I was on a tight deadline. I landed and needed to pick up prints for out of the country training for a 6 am flight the next day. After my first print job the machine broke. I believe Isaac sent the job to another store and picked it up for me then brought it back to the original store. I was beyond impressed and will never go to another store again.

    I am a 37 year old, who is pretty good with technology, but this was my first time needing to print outside of my house. I first called to talk to Cynthia, and she was such a sweetheart and so helpful on the phone, and helped inform me that I can use the FedEx services. When I arrived to the store, Jeff was extremely understanding and so willing to help, it was actually almost unusual, since most places have TERRIBLE customer service these days. Jeff walked me through each and every step, and he saved me and my small business transactions. I've used FedEx very rarely over the last 8 years with my small business, but after this interaction, I look forward to using the products much more often. If every company had employees like Jeff, the world would be a better place. Thank you Brotha!

    Jeff was great! He was really knowledgeable and patient. I was sent down to print pages for a recipe book by my wife and he walked me through the process and even helped me print and picked out good paper for the book.
