    I tried to communicate with customer support but there were no options. When we originally submitted this order which had very specific numbers, finishing and requirements, the website would not process our order. It kept saying there was an issue with the payment but there was not, we tried a corporate card and 3 different executive cards (separate from the organization) all with plenty of funds/availability and the system would not accept the payment. I then had to shift and send to the store. I get things printed and finished at this location OFTEN and 99% of the time there are zero issues, when there are, they are quickly fixed. For this particular project we had a very tight timeline, I had called when I submitted the email information and a rep said that she saw my email, could see all the files and that another team member would access them and CALL me if there was an issue. The next morning I called on my way to pick them up and was told I was emailed that morning that they couldn't access the drive that was shared with them. I had asked why I wasn't called when that was specified. I didn't get a response but quickly shared all files individually and confirmed that the outlined details were intact in the email. I was told they were. When I arrived at my event, items were missing, some were printed way more than were ordered and a couple had low quality (which I had also asked to be confirmed). When checking out, my order ended up being over $98 when the initial total online was less than $94 and I should have been able to use the Jan120 code for 20% off, I was told I was being "helped out enough" on the project which, in fairness, I was paying for and would have ordered correctly with ample time if the website hadn't had issues (which I was also told by employees happens often and I have had to submit other projects in the past thru email). I use FedEx Kinkos REGULARLY for all my custom printing needs and with my position in PR as well as being on multiple foundation boards, there are a lot of things. I do feel like this situation was specific and rare but also feel that I should have been given the discount and be able to locate a customer service support option easier on the website.

    The store experience was nice. I found it odd/disappointing the package was delivered so late. In tracking the package it was “out for delivery” at 10:30 AM but wasn’t delivered until 7:30 PM - 9 hours later!!! The town is just not that big.

    I had two larger items that needed to be packed securely for airplane travel (end table and big lantern). Drew picked up a larger box from a different store and used extra care when packaging to make sure it would be the airlines standards. I highly recommend the packing services if you want something to arrive safely. Thank you so much Drew!
