    I had a very last-minute order of temporary business cards to print within the next couple of hours and Stephanie was awesome from the start. She made everything so easy and was able to fulfill my order even earlier than what she quoted. I will be telling all my colleagues to ask for her :)

    Yesterday Suezy and Stephanie helped us with last minute printing and we’re beyond friendly and helpful. This morning when I needed to ship a package I was delighted to see Suezy there again to help me. I’ve been to a number of FedEx locations in the past few months, and these two employees are stellar examples - if only every employee was like them!! I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a survey - bravo to them.

    Suezy was so wonderful. It was the day of our Conference and I was in a huge rush. I was going to use the computer and print my copies myself and she volunteered herself and did 100% of everything for me. Including printing on color paper and stapling my docs. She was so friendly helpful and excellent and she relieved me from so much stress because I was in a huge hurry. I offered to give her a tip to which she refused but gave me the survey flyer which I am thrilled to complete

    Suezy was relaxed and wonderfully helpful. Even though her shift end was imminent she took the initiative to measure and calculate the best shipping options for me on some bulky items I had to get home. She patiently waited for me to return to my room in the hotel (co-located) so we reached the best solution. She provided local knowledge that would have been helpful for me to pursue other cheaper options, but she made it so easy it was impossible not to go with the fedex option despite the stinging price. Her relaxed and dedicated service with a smile and good humour, professional competence and initiative resulted in a great mailing solution for this customer, and was a highlight of my day in dealing with an administrative curve-ball. Well done Suezy!

    We were coming in from out of town and wanted to print 3 documents prior to a meeting. Suezy was my contact and provided stellar customer service, start to finish. It was a quick turnaround and she handled it professionally and with attention to detail. I sent her a PowerPoint widescreen and she resized the documents to fit letter size. She arranged for presentation to be put in 1" binders. The client we shared these with at the meeting was very impressed. We will definitely use this office (#2011) for future printing needs. Thank you.
