    Michelle & Suezy were absolutely superb. They went above and beyond to make sure my printing needs were met to perfection. Their patience and willingness to help were honestly the best service I’ve ever received. I’ve printed at plenty of FedEx’s competitors, but this experience seals the deal for me - I’ll certainly be coming back to FedEx for all my future needs. If Michelle and Suezy are any indication of the training and service Fedex provides, then you’ve got a customer for life. A+!!

    The individual who assisted me was named Josh. I got a completely bad vibe from him the moment I walked in to the small FedEx room and would of gone to a different FedEx (or shipping company) had I not been in a rush to return a car on time before my flight. I had a bag of various souvenirs from my trip (A coffee cup, a custom shirt, a pair of shorts, a dog bandana, a dog collar bow, a book, a postcard, CBD dog treats AND a small variety of CBD/DELTA 8 pens & a cartridge that couldn’t travel on my flight due to the batteries & only having carryons.) During my first interaction with this employee he tried to take items out of my shopping bag to expose the array of contents. I asked him to keep all of it together & to please box it in front of me so I knew the items were intact. He made a joke about if I had illegal items, or at least to ‘not tell him’ about any illegal items that were contained in the bag. I told him there were not. He then told me he had to wrap my coffee mug because it was breakable & took an extended period of time with his back to me assembling the package & taping it shut. I retrieved my receipt and had to rush to meet my turn in time. I told my boyfriend immediately that I had a bad feeling about the man & the package. My best guess is Josh believed my items weren’t legal & assumed he could retrieve them for himself believing I wouldn’t question or complain about them missing. I now have discovered items in my package that did not make it to their destination. There was no message or letter in the package saying my content was searched or confiscated for any reason. I have reason to believe that this individual tampered with my mail/package for personal benefit and has cost me at least $300 dollars in holistic CBD & Delta-8 items & shipping expenses. I’d like to file a corporate complaint, and have the camera footage in the store examined for his tampering. Not to mention the entire purpose of the pens was the holistic treatment of anxiety & depression for legal use back home in Texas. I even had CBD dog treats in the package for crying out loud!

    Michelle went above and beyond to help me send an international package when the other store on Midway refused to help me. She was very knowledgeable in terms of customs, packaging handling, and everything related to the job. Her level of customer service is 10/10 and she should be responsible for training staff. She deserves a raise and possibly a training position. She saved the day because I was so furious on how I was treated in the other locations and I was thinking to just go to DHL where I know I receive great customer service and actually feel welcome and valued as a customer.

    Store technician Michelle went absolutely above and beyond for a time sensitive scan and print project regarding veterans affairs materials. She showed true attention to detail and customer care as she processed a difficult project for me that involved old documents being digitized. The documents were 10 years old and in very poor condition but she took the time to individually ensure each document was processed to the best quality possible.

    I had a tight deadline to print 160 training manuals for a conference my company was hosting. Both Michelle and Suezy went above and beyond to help me meet that goal and get me fair pricing on my order. I cannot thank them enough for their help on this. Both were very responsive and very pleasant to work with. We received the manuals on time and right at the conference center. I will definitely be using your service going forward thanks to these two.
