The time taken from Cesar to explain the complexities of printing my resume, was outstanding. He not only showed me what he had to do to align it since it was aligned in a European style (of which I had no idea) as well as showed me how to change it on my pdf was just gold. I'd left the Chula Vista very disappointed and none the wiser. It was when I went back to Fedex on C street downtown SD That in all honestly regardless of the drive encouraged me to do business with FedEx.

I gave her a branded envelopee that has our office name and address in the return address location and the ship to information in the middle. She asked me for my photo id, and I gave it to her but then she insisted onputtin my driver lisense address on the package instead of the address from the office. She asked me "do you want to send a a business or a person" and I asked her is there a price difference, she said no there is not. So then she is confirming again on the screen again and has my driver license address on there. I said, no that needs to eb the business address as indicated on the envelope. Ceaser the manager walks by and she just yells to him "help this guy because I don't want to deal with him." She starts grabing her head in anger and stormed off. We had discussion about what just took place and Ceasar finished the shipment. This girl was a caucasian red head and she had major attitude and would not listen to me. terrible customer service, and she really should be fired.

Because of the FedEx office is located central downtown area where limited space of street parking. The parking validation received from the office didn’t work. If I knew, I would use other FedEx office. Very bad experience .
