    My first visit and order to print was outstanding. Carmen helped correct some mistakes in our document after reviewing 2 print samples. She was over the top in service and support. We were given several cost options for quantity discounts. On my second visit I ordered twice the quantity working with a different employee. A less experienced employee who had trouble getting it to print properly. Another employee helped and an acceptable sample was printed. Although I ordered 100 compared to 50 the first time they were slightly more expensive per copy. When I picked the order up the next day I saw Carmen and asked about the cost difference. She reviewed both orders and said I had a discount on the first order. But that is not the end of the experience. Carmen ask for my email and obtained quotes for various quantities that will make my project more successful. She offered a discount on my order but I did not accept. She provided a greater value to me and my project.

    I printed some brochures. The website showed no borders when printing. However, when I arrived, the printing had borders, and unprofessional uneven borders. The team member would not fix it and reprint. And asked me to submit it on the website saying its an online order.
