    This store offers a fantastic office set up. Wifi and great for printing and scanning. Also, I appreciate the availability of desks, outlets and office supplies (scissors, tape, stapler, pens, paper clips, etc.).

    When I arrived at the store, a team member had Malik assist me with my questions and needs. I needed conference nametags with a QR code on the back. Each nametag was already individualized, so Malik reviewed my materials on my flashdrive and made necessary corrections, etc. He also assisted with creating more efficiency with the QR codes that needed printing. He remained calm and answered all of my questions and provided exceptional customer service.

    I sent back to Samsung an S21 Ultra 5G and it disappeared from the box, someone has stolen it and Samsung has received an empty box.

    One of your employees, older man, like silver fox-super hot, saw I was like completely lost and offered to help me. He was really nice even when I was like "wait but what about blah blah blah" and then he would answer me super professionally and calmly, even after the 3rd time I asked basically the same thing. Don't know his name except he was a Hella dilf and tbh I'll probably do all my shipping and returns there cause gotta shoot my shot ya know.

    I need help. I have tried using the virtual assistant and the customer service line, but I am not allowed to speak with an agent. I am trying to track down a missing package and I cannot speak with an agent because it says that my tracking number is incorrect. I have the receipt. I am at a stalemate and I do not have any options to talk to someone to figure out where this package is. I would appreciate the help as it is very frustrating not being able to speak to someone on the phone.
