His ability to explain what was needed, my options and even explaining the process of 'self serve' was superior...I think most employees expect that we're all ready to dive into a foreign computer and 'just do it' - the initial explanation was poor and I think Eric detected that - he was amazing and made himself available for more questions... he helped me find the right price, detailed the steps of the Fedex shipping label process among many other helpful tips. This was the first time I used this location for Fedex outbound and return shipping for a very important document. Eric is THE model of expertise and customer treatment... thank you, Eric

Our file wasn't printing properly and they were patient, made suggestions to get the file to print the way we envisioned and got the job done. Today, I went in to do some self-service printing and couldn't get logged in, so DaLyn again took the time to help me and let me know what to do next time so I wouldn't run into the same issue. The computer I was wouldn't upload a document I needed to print, so they asked that I send it to the store and it would get done. Yet again, the job was done with patience and kindness. While we were waiting for the email attachment to come through, two other team members stopped by to make sure I had already been helped. Overall a great experience.
