They had problems with the HP large format printer: paper jam; then it ran out of paper. So I managed to get one print job completed and waited and waited for someone that knew how to operate and fix the large format printer. I think it's reasonable to expect that all staff are fully trained and have the skills to operate and troubleshoot large format printers!
