    I expected to be frustrated using copy equipment, and for staff to become upset if 2 handed tasks required me dropping my dogs leash. Harry, I believe his name was, read my concerns, calmly provided 2 options and with immense relief I decided to leave the documents to be copied, then recorded from the copy, reducing the cost for me, and taking the dreaded task out of my hands. I enjoyed the rest of the day with my dog,who was thrilled to be out on the grass, in the sun in the nearby park. They asked me to come by next day at 3, but I received a call at 9:30 am saying the documents were ready. Anotherworker helped organize and package my materials, and held up the last post of the day to get the legal document out to the attorney on time. Harry told me that staff worker was the one who copied the documents for me. I have to say this was the very best copying, sorting and mailing experience in my life. The staff were uniformly fresh, professional, warm and efficient. The space was airy , clean, well organized and ran smoothly as a clock. I left feeling such a sense of relief, and accomplishment because the staff at Embarcadero 4 had made the chore so easy for me. I wish I could remember their names accurately but both Harry? and the other man ( tall, wore glasses, greying hair) were Christmas and the Easter Bunny for me that day

    Jess went above and beyond during my visit. I had a rush order for a huge board meeting and multiple documents I needed specially printed in different ways. She was SO kind, SO helpful and just generally was an amazing human. I had so much respect for her clever ways to make MY life easier in packing the documents and her swift actions saved me! I could not say more and have visited her now back at the store for other things because she is so reliable.

    This is by far the best FedEx print office around. I used a print office in Oakland once and I never went back. Harry is a professional and listens to our needs . We are a repeat customer because of him and the rest of that team. We are so lucky their office location is nearby . I would only take my print job to him.
