The manager or clerk gave me a *** reason why that happened. Nobody QA the end result, or took the time to clean up the image before printing it… Or the machine was dirty. Either way it should never have happened.

I don't have a printer at home and thought I could bring the package in and have the team member scan the barcode I had and that we would be good from there. However, the first location wasn't able to help and told me to go to another location. He mentioned the store closed at 6pm and that I would have to wait until tomorrow. After looking up hours online, I found a different location to try. Despite it being 30 minutes to closing, James was super kind and helpful with helping me return this very large package. He definitely helped make a frustrating situation simple and smooth, which I really appreciated. Thanks, James!
