She went above and beyond and assisted me step by step on how to do an international label. She has converted me into a fedex member and I had so many issues and she never gave up and continued to give me excellent service!!!! I lost hope and she was determined to find a way which she did!!! I am forever grateful for her because I needed important documents sent back to me on a very limited time frame, and she made it happen! Thank you so much Alyssa she deserves a raise and a coffee treat!

He helped with the business card formatting and told me how to format the banner So that nothing gets cut off. And he stayed just till closing time to help setup the whole thing for me and made my day by submitting the whole order..
