I urgently needed to fax over 50 pages of Legal Documents and the clock was ticking. I never asked for help in operating the fax machine. I just deeply appreciated how Brad offered if I needed help. Actually, I was nearly desperate for help and trying to remain calm. I really appreciated how Brad’s calm and professional demeanor was towards me as well as helping his other customers.Thanks to Brad the recipient received the documents just in time.

I made the 2 staff members smile as I said, "this is an event story for you to share how you helped bring almost centurians into the digital age😊." He was patient, responsive, and easy to work with. He followed up with me constantly, showed me examples, and was overall great to work with. I had a very positive experience working with him. I came here regularly and he’s the one that is very warm welcoming in terms of helping and scanning the packages. He’s the best best best, most friendly. Although he is scary at first, like an onion, he peels up his sweet charming personality. I love coming to FedEx in this location. The whole team is phenomenal and they deserve the best for their hard work .
