    I had a package that needed to be shipped to the UK. It was a high value item that was being returned for a refund to my credit card. Because the value exceeded $2500, we needed to generate an EEI number, a Fed Ex acct number and complete Fed Ex Agent File form. Ricardo was patient with me as we called Fed Ex international folks to assist us. I couldn’t have done this on my own and was thankful that Ricardo was right there with me helping me.

    This was my first time producing a small run of marketing materials for a customer promotion at work. I stopped by once with some basic questions, and then came back with my file for printing. the team provided a sample of the cardstock to use, gave me a test sample prior to printing, scaled and cropped my file for me to fit 2x on one page, and cut and bundled the final product. I waited about 20 mins (vs at least 24 hours with another option). the experience was excellent and I give major kudos to the team at this location.

    Enjoyed my experience with cynthia this morning at fedex. She's very attentive even when multiple people were asking questions and needing help. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Great customer service. I'll be coming here more often for her services.

    I want to take this time to thank Yenssy for being at the right place and time to assist me with scanning today she is friendly, knowledgeable in her job and she was able to save me a lot of time by showing me how I can scan my pages without removing all the sticky notes. She helped me with the entire process which was also entering the subject line for each scan and she made sure that my pdf attachments showed up in my phone. Thank you so much Yenssy because you should be appreciated for the extra time you spent making sure that customers are happy and they get excellent service

    Here for a conference and of course my team and I are doing last minute printing. Cynthia was very accommodating and PATIENT. Constant emails and phone calls and changing files last minute she helped us push through and print everything we needed. She really is a trooper for dealing with us.

    entered the FedEx office on Hamilton ave in san jose, ca...asked Francis for help as I had total of 4 pages that i needed to make copy of. Told him that i have never used the copy machine before. There were 1 other customer in the building as well as one other associate beside Francis. Before asking whether I need full service or not, Francis took the 4 page document (printing on both side of each document) and proceeded to make copies. He also used the manual stapler to staple the documents together. When it was time to pay, I thought it might be less than $1.50. To my surprise i paid $5.40!!! not only Francis charged for full service $2.50 but also charged for staples $.30!? as well as the most expensive paper was used. The lack of acknowledgement to the client regarding the cost is absolutely abhorrent...This shows a lack of training by the company to its employees. Staff should ask the customer and inform that there is a charge associated with full service and other costs. This display of greed by the company and Francis is the reason that I will not be a customer in the future but will also tell all of my friends that to avoid such a greedy company such as FedEx. Totally disappointed as getting 4 pages of copy should not cost $5.40...
