I have a fedex near my home that I don't use because of Chloe's and others at this locations service.

The employee who helped me (totally forgot his name) was awesome!! He was super patient, helpful, friendly, and we made my new packets look amazing! And then he worked with me to get the price down without hesitation. I greatly appreciated that since the cost is coming out of my own pocket. Would highly recommend working with them for you next project!

I offered to pay and she declined taking payment and said she didn't want to charge me for something I was not happy with. I took her guidance and uploaded the information and came back. Chloe was out to lunch, but Laura picked up where she left off and assisted me quickly and efficiently and was very kind. I really appreciated the customer service I received both times I was there today.
