Finishing with Chloe and Laura, they helped me when I picked up my order. You have a remarkable staff, who works cohesively well together. I normally cringe when entering facilities like FedEx, but this group made my experience so worth it that I have already spread the word to visit this specific location and ask for those specific people. I may have missed a person or two, but this location has a wonderful staff and so knowledgeable. Please ensure you keep them and find comparable staff like them! Such a delight!

Not only did she beautifully package the artwork, but she printed the DHL paperwork for me and gave me detailed instructions how to send the package. She determined that the package was going to Spain - I had no idea. FedEx is very lucky to have employees like Julie. For the frosting on the cake, she carried the large box to my car and put it into the trunk. Now THAT is customer service at its best.
