    I make homemade cards that I cut and fold myself, I explained this to them, and how the document needed to be lined up and centered properly. Every single document was off center to the left, rendering my ENTIRE project useless and my deadline missed. A waste of $14. I rely on FedEx when I am having my own technical difficulties. The quality of the printing was terrific, but FedEx has made printing more challenging by taking away options during online orders. All of my orders must be placed through email now because online doesn’t offer card stock. The fact that I can no longer see where the document lines up on the page is a clear issue. Why did FedEx change their online ordering system? You’re only making it more challenging by giving us less control and options over our own projects.

    When I first went in, I was quoted around $50 to send the envelope out, then $72 because ‘it was out of the area’ from where I was first quoted. I didn’t quite understand that.

    It was a corporate print job. It’s a non-profit print job. The quote was high to begin with, however when it was ready for pick up, the final cost was higher than quoted. Someone did adjust the price. Imagine if I send someone else to pick up? Corporate finance dept would be very unhappy with this cost of print job.

    Connor was absolutely fabulous! I have worked in Customer Service for 45 years and he definitely treats customers as they should be treated; polite, helpful and extremely nice. Will definitely go back there.

    The service in the US was very good, but when the package arrived in Cairo, it was open and there were missing papers in it. The delivery driver told the recipient that it might be a donkey, but the package was just paper, meaning that it did not need customs to open it.

    the San Mateo downtown location was superb! not only could they handle my last minute same-day request, their staff had such high standard for the print job that she called me to make sure I'm aware of the paper quality when folded. It was probably one of the best experiences I've had at FedEx.

    I have been helped by Connor in multiple occasions and he has always been very friendly and helpful! I got my wedding materials printed and had a great experience working with both Connor and Caesar. Everything turned out beautifully and they even went above and beyond by helping me save money by being efficient with the paper. They were also very time efficient and got the job done in just a few days. Excellent service and team!
