    Your morning staff is the most helpful group of people I have ever met. They are welcoming and quite supportive whenever I'm working with someone from the morning they are amazing. However, I've been noticing that in the afternoon your staff seems to be less cooperative. For instance I had asked help with printing a label and the lady told me I needed to go outside as the building had some kind of problem with my phone and then when I went outside I never got my email. I spent about an hour trying to get this work but it did not work. Then I came in the next morning at 8:30 a.m. and the staff that was there helped me so immensely. They showed me exactly how to get my label from my Amazon return in a email format and then send it to print and go. I will always recommend working with someone in the morning as they are the most helpful I've ever had.

    Michael who is the store manager was sooo helpful and patient with the print project I needed completed. Floria is usually the one that assists me when I come in, but she’s on vacation. I was left in good hands with Michael. My project was completed fast and perfect!

    I had a last minute emergency as a Realtor and needed my brochures printed. I didn’t even know what to do. Nikhil, was very calming, instructed me on what to do and got the job done efficiently and expeditiously. He was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. He is a problem-solver, ingenious as he also came up with a quick solution to an issue I was having. While working on my project, he was also simultaneously helping another customer. His multi-tasking skills were quite impressive. He is a valuable employee at FedEx and deserves some type of extra effort award! He turned a nightmare I was dealing with into a dream. After that, I was calm and had a very successful open house and day. The world needs more people like Nikolaki K in it. Someone who takes pride in their work, someone who still cares about the customer, someone who understands people. Someone who makes a difference in the world! I told him he was my hero for the day and he really was. I hope Nikhil K is compensated well and reaches the next position because he deserves to be valued at FedEx! I will go to this location and seek out Nikhil every time I have a printing order! Thank you again Nikhil K and thank you FedEx!!
