I had sent it to a hotel guest, and they had already checked out because the package arrived a day late. I called FedEx and was told to go online and file a claim to get my money refunded. Every time I try and do that via the FedEx website, I get a message that says it cannot be completed at this time. I was also told that if I wanted to have the package returned to me. I would have to pay an additional $77, which is what I paid to ship it out. Your service was absolutely horrible!

I updated my credit card on phone for my business acct, but store computer said my acct was not viable, so I had to pay non account higher prices. Calling back your billing Dept did not help as they told me my acct was active, they then transferred me 3 times to different departments and never came back on the line, but disconnected me twice. I called them on your ups store phone. You owe me $20 as that is the extra charge I had to pay.

There was a $1,000 limit on jewelry and I did not expect that relatively low level. I can appreciate that the company does not wish to insure high value jewelry, but the existing insurance limit is pretty low.

I've done this before". She then huffed and puffed to get me a box taped up. She rushed this, poorly taping the package. Really not what I expect from FedEx, especially when I'm being charged over $450.
