    I had to use assisted printing because, even with a staff member's help, we weren't able to input the necessary settings into the self-printing station.

    The store experience was fine. However, FedEx failed to deliver the package on time. I had sent it to a hotel guest, and they had already checked out because the package arrived a day late. I called FedEx and was told to go online and file a claim to get my money refunded. Every time I try and do that via the FedEx website, I get a message that says it cannot be completed at this time. I was also told that if I wanted to have the package returned to me. I would have to pay an additional $77, which is what I paid to ship it out. Your service was absolutely horrible!

    I paid $140 for delivery next day by noon due to temperature sensitive contents. It took two day to arrive. Total failure of service

    store employees were good. Telephone billing support terrible. I updated my credit card on phone for my business acct, but store computer said my acct was not viable, so I had to pay non account higher prices. Calling back your billing Dept did not help as they told me my acct was active, they then transferred me 3 times to different departments and never came back on the line, but disconnected me twice. I called them on your ups store phone. You owe me $20 as that is the extra charge I had to pay.

    The only improvement I would suggest would be to increase the amount of insurance which could be purchased. There was a $1,000 limit on jewelry and I did not expect that relatively low level. I can appreciate that the company does not wish to insure high value jewelry, but the existing insurance limit is pretty low.

    Heavy-set woman Employee was rude. When I said I need to ship to Geneva her response was "that's going to be really expensive". I replied "I know.. I've done this before". She then huffed and puffed to get me a box taped up. She rushed this, poorly taping the package. Really not what I expect from FedEx, especially when I'm being charged over $450.
