    I originally submitted an email order. I did not receive confirmation that it was received so 10 days later I called. That person indicated that my email was nowhere to be found so I sent it again. The young man waited to receive my email and confirmed that it was received. Upon going to pick it up three days later, there was no record of my order yet again. I had to send the email for a third time while at the location. The worker completed the order later that day without the same day fees thankfully. It was frustrating that my email was lost multiple times.

    I had to get the attention of someone to get service. When I asked for help on design, I got zero assistance in store and was told I either need to update the design myself or their offsite/overnight team helps - I needed it as a rush job. I was asked to use one of the paid computers to update and export the design. In the San Ramon branch - Mike was able to show me his computer screen and work with me on the design right then and there. I think the folks working at this branch do not know how to use the design tool so they did not feel comfortable helping.

    This is the second time that Dana has helped me ship a package. She is amazing! So patient and easy-going. I appreciate that FEDEX offers full service shipping, including helping to pack the box and fill out the customs forms for overseas shipments. Dana is great with customer service!

    I printed funeral booklets for my mother with the epilogue she wrote in her final year of life. U approved a proof that was perfect. What I got was not what I approved. It was off centered and I was not able to bind the booklet as I originally planned. I went in again and asked if they could reprint but they were unable to do it in time so I told them to not charge my card until I spoke to the manager. A a manager never called me and the proceeded to charge my card. I am disgusted that I was ignored and treated so poorly in a very difficult time for something so trivial. I’m never going to use fedex again.

    Order was not ready, took 15 to find my original email. There were suppose to be 20 copies of two different attachments. Instead 40 copies were made of one attachment. They counted out the extra 20 copies for shredding. I asked if I could have the extras for my students and Craig said corporate doesn’t allow that. I had to make a second trip back to pickup the second attachment.

    Team member was unwilling to go the extra mile and charge for black and white pages and charged while project at color pricing. Was surprised because this was done for the same project back in August 2024.Team member seemed totally put out to do the order in the first place….
