    The gentleman who helped me was above and beyond amazing. you are lucky to have him. Honestly - he stopped what he was doing and went to another desk to assist in a return. Figured out the options. Confirmed I wanted it shipped. And off it went. Oh. He also helped tape it up which was not needed (and I brought my own tape). He was professional, positive and truly made my day.

    I was at the FedEx store in SANTA BARBARA off of Hope. I was greeted and helped as soon as someone was available. The wait time was minimal and the employees were full of humor to include the manager. It is great to walk in a place of business and find people loving their job. Thank you FedEx my package was delivered on time.

    The two guys working there on Saturday 08/02 did the best they could under the circumstances. They did not have proper staff for the amount of services required for a Saturday. The phone calls were difficult due to hold times while they helped live customers. I had to come in and because they were short staffed, I came in several hours later for the completed work. They did a great job juggling it all and staying professional at the same time.
