But I stopped in to this FedEx during my lunch break for a quick ship and was so impressed by how outgoing and really pleasant everyone seemed to be. It reminded me of what customer service was like, once upon a time. Really impressive.

That being said, it has been many years since I have needed help with anything and come in. And clearly it appears that things have changed since my last visit. When I came in today, Carla greeted me not only did she smile and offered to help me, but when I explained that it was my twin children’s birthday today and that I needed something quickly, she offered to help me right away. I needed an oversize poster, copied in color and laminated. She went through the pricing structure with me and then proceeded to get my approval on the various options after which she responded that , everything was in order on her end she would get started on it right away. She was unable to successfully scan the poster get my approval on the way it looked and print out two copies of it at large scale in full color. Unfortunately, the laminating machine was not up and running, so she was not able to do that on the spot, but she was able to get me the two poster copies. I needed to give out to my twins for their birthday at dinner this evening. I’m very grateful that she didn’t just kick me to the back of the line behind everybody else even though I did pay the same day fee, she was very accommodating and helpful. Also, I will add that for her generosity and prioritizing me. I offered her a $20 tip and handed her the cash and insisted she keep it, but she did not even after suggesting it and trying to hand it back to her multiple times. it just goes that she was willing to go above and beyond for nothing more than doing the right thing. This really meant a lot to me and sent me out the door with a huge smile on my face. She’s definitely a keeper and goes above and beyond for your employees and I wanted you to know about it.

But the Sun Apr 28 pickup experience was shockingly hostile uncaring lazy staff member. I simply wanted to leave fast so did not get her name. Totally counter to Fed Ex branding. Vs the great order taker on Sat Apr 27 matched your quality of care. I doubt you would dare my comment on your site because it exposes that you have lazy adversarial staff.
