    I have been shipping from this location for years, ever since the former Kinko's opened at the site. Back then, there were many paper forms to complete and a long line of customers. Things are a lot simpler now.

    I wasn't able to complete the order online, so stopped by the Fedex Office. A lady took my order and assured that it would be printed and shipped, and I would receive confirmation in the evening. I did not get anything, so had to go there again in the morning as it was an important order. A very nice lady searched for my order, was able to find my info and confirmed that it was not done. She had to start over again, put it in the system and assured that it would be completed. She was the one who helped me. But my first experince was VERY disappoiniting and hadn't I come the next day the order would not have been completed at all.

    The experience and outcome of the project was great. The only problem was for one portion of the project, I had requested plain white paper. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was on cardstcok. This costed more than I wanted. We needed the printed items and didn’t want to waste paper.

    Process was smooth. Associate was somewhat sullen. No warning that the package could be delayed a day (which was) and that the $75.00 fee was nonrefundable (by the policy that went into effect that day (12/1/25).
