This guy Jazz is on the freaking ball!!! He has an attention to detail that is matched only by his own customer service. To whoever reads this, please tell their boss to in turn tell their boss that Jazz is the type of person you need running stores. I have been responsible for growing businesses from one to multiple locations. And, even with the perfectly executed plan, the success or failure comes down to the folks we put. Whine the counter and those who manage them. I don’t know Jazz’s role with the company but he exemplifies exactly what I’d want in a store manager. Kudos to whoever hired him. And kudos to Jazz for helping me grow my business!!
