Last week I stopped in a different FedEx, and was ignored and helped by someone who didn’t understand what I needed and then I was neglected so that he and another employee could spend time chatting with friends who had stopped by. They seem to be former colleagues. It was in such stark contrast to the service that I am used to receiving at the store I went to today.
