If it was not for the excellent customer service, I would not have been able to make it pass the front door. Getting the larger item from my car into the store was a very challenging heavy experience. The employee noticed my struggle to angle the box on the cart to fit inside the front door and came to assist me at the door. She secured the large box with tape then personally pushed it behind the counter to scan the return receipt and print a return receipt for me. Great compassion and personal service.

Recently, when a FedEx driver mistakenly delivered my life-saving medicine to the wrong address, it resulted in a critical situation. Without hesitation, Darissa stepped in on her day off, reaching out to the warehouse on a Sunday to rectify the error. Thanks to her quick action, we were able to obtain the medication swiftly, ultimately shortening our stay at the hospital. Darissa's dedication and exceptional service truly made a difference in a time of Crisis. Now only if we could get a refund from corporate as the hospital stay and Ambulance ride weren’t exactly cheap. But without Darissa things could have been so much worse.
