    I paid $52 to get it there in 2 days. It ended up taking twice that and at absolutely no time was I notified about what was happening. Also, making it next to impossible to speak to a real person is beyond bad business. It’s just for your company to take the easy way out and not have to deal with mistakes and issues on your part. I feel I should be refunded the difference in price I paid at the very least.

    Overall, a great experience. My last experience with FedEx was a package that disappeared in route that took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. And when it arrives, the box had significant damage. But the contents were intact. The process for trying to work with FedEx representatives to get information and locate the package was incredibly frustrating. This was the exact opposite experience.

    I brought in items to be packed and shipped to 4 different addresses. Alric and other staff members helped determine size of boxes needed and secure packing, and Alric got the orders in the system. When I found that one of the mailing addresses had changed I was able to muscle through your Customer Service VM system ( 3 out of 10) and got back in touch with the local office that handled the order to make the address change prior to shipping. Once I got through to the retail outlet everything was taken care of. The Customer Service person who initially answered my call was less than helpful even after I explained the situation and said that was trying to get back in touch with the retail location directly. She just kept repeating "you have to wait until the package actually ships before you can correct the address." Please train your front line people to actually problem solve, instead of just repeating scripted responses. The retail store staff were great.

    WOW I didn’t know you guys did this stuff. I went to several print shops and they said no way. My book repair was done better than I thought possible and cheaper. I am going to give a presentation at my Community Service Club next week so you can help them also
