    The team at the Sausalito CA location always does a great job.

    We tried to print online and use a coupon. But it would not go through. So we called the store and asked them what to do. With the coupon it would’ve been $17. The store said to send it to them directly through their email and they would print it for us. When we arrived, product was perfectly good. However, the assistant manager charged us $40 less a 15% coupon on the item which made it even more expensive than the $32 that was quoted online at full price without a coupon. Feel like we were ripped off because we could’ve done the whole thing online , had your site worked properly. Your system manager was not the greatest.

    Machines makes sloppy copies. Service members too busy to assist. No reimbursement for bashed copies. The amounts on printing from computer if you need to reload $$ it deleted any saved files. No way to reload $$ for session in progress. Had to start a document over three times. Total waste of time, energy, and resources.

    This location is horrendous. Not only was it completely disorganized. Customers not knowing where to stand for shipping or printing because the associates wouldn’t navigate anyone. Associates wouldn’t acknowledged anyone nobody was welcomed in. Everyone was just standing around extremely confused. I was in line for 15 mins to purchase a pen. 15 mins for a pen is a little bit ridiculous to me. Either this store needs to learn how to be more organized or they need to hire new people.

    I paid for two delivery and it arrived ten days later. I asked for a refund at the store and was told he could not help me and gave me a number to call. At that number Jay told me my purchase was not eligible for a refund. So much for keeping it simple and putting the customer first
