- Wednesday, June 4, 20255 out of 5Rating 5.0There are 2 stations typically. 1. Packaging/ Boxing/Weighing & Shipping and 2. Full Service with Assistance. There are also 2 lines. As customary I stood in the second line (FS). There was 1 person ahead of me. Suddenly a man in line inferred I should get in back of his line. I explained the setup as I had experienced it and then he more directly told me to move to the back of his line. I think to avoid this unpleasant situation there needs to be a sign for people that specifically routes us to the correct service. Or colorful tape on the floor that corresponds to either Custom Full Service or Packaging/ Boxing/ Weighing & Shipping. Or, if indeed there is only one line for every service, then please have a sign that indicates One Line Only. Also, employees can step up and explain the line situation. Unfortunately no one did. And I understand because they are quite busy trying to help many people in a consistent manner. And this is probably not in their job description, either.
