    I needed help with cutting something simple and the person behind the desk wouldn’t help me. He told me he would show me but refused to actually do it. It was something simple but I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see the measurement ruler. I asked him if he could just do it for me (took 10 seconds) and he acted like it was the most inconvenienced he could possibly be.

    I paid for an overnight delivery and the package was delivered 4 days later. I would like to know how I can be refunded the cost for the overnight delivery.

    The staff at the store were all helpful. The gentleman who placed my order went above and beyond. We were happy with the end result. The only hiccup was the amount of time it took to receive a response email from FedEx with the code. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

    There are 2 stations typically. 1. Packaging/ Boxing/Weighing & Shipping and 2. Full Service with Assistance. There are also 2 lines. As customary I stood in the second line (FS). There was 1 person ahead of me. Suddenly a man in line inferred I should get in back of his line. I explained the setup as I had experienced it and then he more directly told me to move to the back of his line. I think to avoid this unpleasant situation there needs to be a sign for people that specifically routes us to the correct service. Or colorful tape on the floor that corresponds to either Custom Full Service or Packaging/ Boxing/ Weighing & Shipping. Or, if indeed there is only one line for every service, then please have a sign that indicates One Line Only. Also, employees can step up and explain the line situation. Unfortunately no one did. And I understand because they are quite busy trying to help many people in a consistent manner. And this is probably not in their job description, either.
