She made everything perfect and in a timely manner for the Military Honors burial service for my Life-Partner/Significant Other. Her compassion and empathy is immeasurable beyond words. All employees at FedEx Stores should use her as a template for how you treat and serve your customers. She has always earned my respect and honor to work with her and the Santa Clara and now the Sunnyvale location. I strongly believe, Ana needs to be acknowledged for she is a great example to be a Store Manager in any Fed-Ex Store. Thank you, Ana for always a job well done.

There was another person there, and he was just helping one person, but this lady was absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond the call of Customer Service. She needs to be rewarded.

She was there when i visited on Sunday afternoon to help her customers how to pack and start the procedure. She was incredibly efficient. When i went she had two other customers she was helping. I thought i needed to wait for a long time but , no, she was caring all three including me and i didn’t have to wait at all. It was quick! I asked her if she was caring three at the same time she smiled and said yes. I gave never seen someone who is being efficient like that before anywhere. Please find her and give enough compensation. She well deserves.
