    I believe the Team Member was the Asst Manager, she was very helpful. I was in and out of there very fast considering it’s the holidays. The cost was less than Priority Mail USPS, and arrived faster than I expected. I’ll use Fed Ex again (I’ve used this office before).

    First of all, your system crashed twice, not the fault of the employee but it took longer than expected. Then when I called an hour before assigned time for pick up, they said they didn’t have it ready, it was in the system but not on their assigned order. The girl who did the order hustled to get it done and the job was done right but delayed.

    The individual who processed the order did not listen at all with what was communicated. He was told how to have the job done and messed it up. Had to wait for them to redo it twice. Still required to pay full price
