    What I ordered, which was a saddle stiched (Stapled) magazine that could not be ordered online. I had to email the store. In doing so, the pressure was on me to list all the options, as there was no choices. I had submitted a PDF that was 8.5" x 11" and had one printed at this location earlier in the year, so I expected the same. I was told someone would email me a quote. An hour later, no one did. I called and they gave me the quote. I went for pick-up and the items was 5.5" x 8.5" and not 8.5" x 11". They said to correct it it would be twice the price I was quoted and no refund for the first item.

    I was confused when I paid that the box I was given wasn’t free. I wasn’t specific when I asked for a box that would fit my items that I wanted one of the flat rate boxes though. The person was very helpful though, despite my confusion. :)

    The trifold template could not be added to the cart for submission as hours of laying out my graphics using your online Canva template. Thankfully the staff members behind the counter explained I could submit saved pdf’s of the template with a lot of adjustment in Adobe Illustrator. The ladies at the counter apologized for the online struggle and were very friendly and professional walking me through the process. My brochures were then printed on time and I was called when the order was ready. Great personal service, but not being able to upload the project to the cart would be really frustrating for a typical customer.

    Sorry I don’t remember her name, but the girl who helped me was so patient and helpful. I needed last minute funeral pamphlets printed, and she walked me through the whole thing and got it done very quickly for me.
