    I have been here once 5 years ago and hope you continue to be available as you have so many home office needs at reasonable prices with intelligent service! While I was there at closing time another young lady employee was helping an older gal like me use her cell phone to complete setting up her order and I felt like this is the place to come for compassionate service!

    The only reason I do not remember was because I have been super busy they did tell me there name but again I have been super busy. The gentleman was super helpful and really went out of his way to help me . I gratefully appreciate his help and he should be recognized for his outstanding customer service that day, not only did he help me when I came in but also when I called on the telephone as well.

    I walked in and saw Danni and another woman doing a little dance and smiling. It was so nice to see people enjoying their job! They quickly said hello and Danni helped me with my prints. I couldn't seem to get the right copy/color mix with my photos. Danni helped me and got it done and they looked great! They were older photos so I wasn't expecting too much. Clean store, happy environment and great work!

    I had many documents to print so I got on to the computer. I was having some trouble getting it started and then getting thing to print. Danni came over and was so helpful and kind. She gave me boxes to put my papers in and just made this task become less of a hassle.

    Unexpectedly charged for 'mounting' printed product to foam board by THE SQUARE FOOT? I've never heard of that before!

    I went there there this morning to print up some med records . I had trouble printing but then asked for help and they helped me out verbally. I printed 2 sets of B&W med records. I was charged for 4 color copies, ($4.00) I went to speak to the guy working there after the fact, and he said that I had to specifically select B&W and I told him I did and showed him my B&W copies. He kept repeating himself four times that I had to select B&W and I told him again I did. I got tired of wasting my time because clearly we weren’t getting anywhere. He didn’t offer to help resolve the situation by giving me a refund for the discrepancy. Not sure if your workstations are defaulted to automatically charge for color copies but I didn’t do ANY color printing solely B&W. Not very happy with my experience.

    I went in to get 200 copies from the copy machine. It was a little confusing as it had to screens. A young gentleman came explained every step and came back to make sure my order was correct and completed. Madge sure I got my receipt. Wish I remembered his name. I go monthly to the Thousand Oaks Blvd location and the staff is always very professional and friendly.
