    I did not get the lower rate fir delivery to a business. I was not allowed to use my corporate account for a discount and pay at the store when sending. I have done it previously and your representative man said I was a liar. I was forced to pay the non discount rate at your store costing me $40 more. I insured it for $4,000. After I returned home I then discovered that your man did not even assign a tracking number. I have no idea where the large package is or when it arrives. Contact me at 805-499-5706 if you can correct my disappointments at all.

    Initially when I called I spoke with Emma and she was very helpful. When I arrived at the store around 1:30pm to have a poster laminated Emma was assisting another customer and a gentleman with glasses “helped” me. I told him what I needed, he took the poster, my name and phone #. He told me it would be done in about an hour but they would call me when it was done. I never received a phone call, I called the store at 5:30, 5:40, 5:45, & 6pm - the phone just rang no one ever picked up. The following Monday I called again and finally spoke with someone to see if the poster was ready to be picked up. I was on hold for about 10min before a gentleman came back on to let me know he had found the poster and was extremely sorry no one called the week before to let me know it was done.

    She was tremendous. Super helpful and went over and beyond to try to assist in getting the address I provided into the system. I left very satisfied however kind of worried it will make it. I just am not confident. For the high Price and importance of the item Sent I sure hope it arrives on or before Feb. 27

    For the most part there are two individuals who work at the FedEx office I go to and they are great. I’ve needed additional help beyond shipping packages with laminating and copying and always the staff is great to work with. Thank you for the great service.

    I am from the Simi Valley area and was in need to print flyers for a Realtor Client. I was in a fast rush and was able to locate Fed-ex location in Newbury Park which was close to my delivery point. Both Jacom and Evan were very Customer Service Oriented, and were very helpful. They both coached me through the email of my documents, getting on WiFi, and making sure they received the email of the Flyer asap to aid in my need to get them done immediately. Both Evan and Jacob displayed Kind, Helpful, understanding and caring Customer Service as they accommodated my printing job. They also allowed me to use an unused work station to prepare another couple of packages including allowing me to use their scissors. Both Jacob and Evan realized my stressful situation, and they both displayed attentive, professionalism, Compassion and Caring Superior Customer Service. Thank you both Evan and Jacob!!

    Came in to track a shipment of sent out from this location but didn’t have a receipt for. Craig was not only helpful but patient, kind, and great sense of humor. I wish that all interactions with customer service with any company were aligned with how he was.
