    Attentive assistance is my favorite thing about being able to get the most of your services. I had placed an order for a poster via email, arrived to store an hour prior to closing and was greeted by Ulises. All was done in a timely manner and was given next day pick up time which I said after 12pm. I received a voice message at 8:12am my order was ready for pick up. Quick turnaround.     My only problem was I initially went to a FedEx Onsite location inside the WallGreens which was difficult to find and then, upon arriving was told they couldn’t do an overnight shipment. This was annoying but they did tell me where the larger site was nearby and it was pretty easy after that initial disappointment.

    I would really like a refund actually. The quality of my prints were so bad. I paid 60 dollars for business cards and a color print. They didnt QC the prints correctly and had to redo it. Then they rushed the cuts on the second round and it came out terrible. I’m super disappointed and upset I paid a dollar a card for such terrible quality. Not even to mention one of the team members originally said “oh there’s nothing we can do” when I told them the file had messed up in their system. Would love for a manager to refund my order.

    I shipped fine china to my niece. It was very expensive. I was not expecting $700 in shipping cost. Supposed to arrive at destination today (Saturday). We'll see how well you did.
