    The area in Canada especially Toronto Ontario was not updated in your system it is still Etobicoke when in fact that was changed long ago to TORONTO….. maybe need to research more and update the system. My friend lives in Toronto and the address is not Etobicoke, Ontario Canada but TORONTO, Ontario, Canada

    The experience was good. We shipped an over night package with Perishable goods, but sad to say it was delivered a day late. We are glad that the contents did not spoil in the heat. It was food for our navy captain son who is stationed in the DC area. Thank you for getting it there in good condition.

    John helped me ship a large chair (helped load it onto a cart from my car) and made the shipping process extremely easy. I’ve never shipped via FedEx and will definitely return to this location.     I went to the desk to send a parcel by envelope. The clerk told me it would be cheaper to generate the label at the self serve kiosk. I was attempting to mail tax documents to a PO Box. The self serve kiosk did not flag that it could not ship to the address before charging me. The clerk noticed the address and I requested a refund. He indicated to me that he would send me to a support line. It is absurd that the brick and mortar store can’t do something simple like process a refund, and even worse that the self service kiosk has no checks that fedex can actually ship to the address. I have no interest is sitting on a support line for a $13 refund, why is this being outsourced to a phone service when you’re paying employees to be in the store?
