Instead- even though I suggested that it was probably a paper tray/ out of paper issue causing the error message, she disregarded the need to check the paper trays, punched a few keys then walked away. My self-serve visit for less than 25 pages ended up being over a half hour ordeal. When I asked for help, she said she’d be there in a few minutes and then proceeded to help 2 people that came after me at the FedEx counter. When I asked if she’d forgotten about me- she said she wasn’t done with the customer and then never came back to assist me. Been a customer for over 15 yrs at that location and have never left so frustrated and not feeling valued.

I then get a call from them confirming what I dropped off. I was just there so it kinda frustrated me and I should have waited there for them to package it but they dont do that. Make sure your employees move laptops/monitors away from the front desk and it should be priority if people drop off laptops/monitors, high priced items, to package right away.
