    The girl working was the rudest person. Looked at me, ignored me, looked again, ignored me. Finally when another employee walked over she grimly asked if I need help. Ya, I’m at the counter staring at you. Her cell phone was too important. Rung me out in the laziest unfriendliest way possible.

    I forgot my reading glasses and the associate who helped me was so kind, pleasant and helpful as well as professional. I wish I remembered her name. I was embarrassed and she guided me along with a genuine smile. I am so grateful. Also my packages arrived to my niece one day early which was amazing! I will only use Fed Ex from now on. You earned a customer. Thank you sincerely .

    Shawna told me the account I was using from vendor/business was not accurate. I was shipping damaged luggage back through instructions/acct # given by Air Canada. She told me she can’t help, to call airline. I left really disappointed bc phone lines to airlines take hours when my gut said let me call FedEx 800# to double check if account is wrong. I called and the FedEx phone rep confirmed it was accurate. I went back to the store told Shawna and she called Chahandra to help. Well Chahandra was very helpful. She said Shawna was using an old system and she works normally in printing not familiar w shipping processes and that’s why she told me account was inaccurate. I’m satisfied w Chahandra but my complaint is towards Shawna. Why didn’t she ask someone to double check especially if shipping isn’t “her criteria”. She did not ask anyone just blew me off. Had I not called FedEx # I would have wasted so much time w airlines. Please train your employees properly and it’s ok to say idk but I’ll find out or ask someone senior. She didn’t even apologize just walked away.
