    I would like to have had a printed receipt contract at the beginning of the transaction. I was only emailed a short choice for choice item. When the product was completed, the color of the cover was wrong. Was not informed ahead of time that you could not provide the right color cover. This would have perhaps altered the transaction. Due to timelines, I had to accept the order as is, but it was unsatisfactory due to not being notified in advance of you not being able to provide the right color for the paperback cover of the printing of the books that I had printed by you. I do not think the problem with the covers or the procedure for printed receipts and or Paperwork at the beginning of the transaction was a local office issue. I think it is a company issue and the color of the cover was the printer issue and I was not informed. I am not happy.

    I requested plans to be printed if possible the same day. In my request I had plans in different sizes and asked to have them printed to scale, once my plans were received they were all the same size. I also got charged a $35 same day processing fee which would've been fine if they would've printed the correct sizes.

    When I walked in, someone was telling me to give him a moment before he could help me, but Daniel walked right over to be of assistance. Then my mother walked in and he asked if we were together or not and to me, that shows that he wanted to answer any questions or know what she needed if we weren't together. I thought that was smart to see what each of us needed before he proceeded to know which one of us he could help first or and prioritize. I would have appreciated seeing that in one of my employees when I owned toy shops for 11 years. He helped us out from beginning to end and we felt he went above and beyond and it should be brought to your attention.
